ئیمەیڵ بنێرە بۆ support@binabazar.comيمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك الشخصية في أي وقت. أرسل بريداً إلكترونياً من البريد المسجّل على حسابك. خلال ١٤ يوم عمل نحذف: ملفك الشخصي، رقم الهاتف، العنوان، سلة التسوق، المحفظة، سجل المحادثات. تُحتفَظ الفواتير ٧ سنوات لأسباب ضريبية في أرشيف مشفّر.

You can request deletion of your Bina Bazar account and personal data at any time. Send an email from the address registered to your account. Within 14 business days we delete: your profile, phone number, email, addresses, saved cards and wallet balance (after settlement), cart, wishlist, ratings, browsing history, support chats, and device identifiers.
Note: invoices and payment records are retained for 7 years to comply with Iraqi tax and commercial law. They are stored in an encrypted archive and are not used for any other purpose.
