Welcome to Bina Bazar. By creating an account, placing an order, or using the Bina Bazar app or website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Bina Bazar is a digital platform that connects building-material stores in Iraq with buyers. We act as an intermediary and earn a commission — materials are sold and delivered by the stores. "We" means Bina Bazar. "You" means the user.
You must be at least 18 years old, or an authorized representative of a registered business, to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
Prices are set by the stores within the app. Payment methods we currently support are: cash on delivery and FIB. Orders are only accepted after payment is confirmed (except for cash on delivery).
Delivery is handled by the store or our logistics partners. Delivery times are estimates only. The risk for an item passes to the buyer once it is delivered to the delivery address.
Unused, sealed items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours with photos.
All products come with the brand's official warranty. Bina Bazar facilitates warranty and repair service through official service centers as an intermediary.
Sellers agree to list genuine products as described, honor their prices, and fulfill delivery terms. We reserve the right to suspend any seller who violates these standards.
You agree not to use Bina Bazar for any unlawful purpose. Fraudulent accounts will be suspended and reported to the legal authorities.
The Bina Bazar name, logo, app, and website content are our property. You may not copy, modify, or republish them without written consent.
To the extent permitted by law, Bina Bazar is not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of that order.
These terms may be updated. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq and the Kurdistan Region. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Erbil.
